Spark2Life exists because far too many young people face deep and overlapping inequalities that cannot be solved through short interventions alone.

Racial inequity, criminal exploitation, school exclusion, and mental health injustice are not isolated experiences.

You Earn

Donating a portion of your salary is one of the most efficient, tax-effective ways to support a charity. Choose Spark2Life and you can help us keep a young person safe every payday.

How it works

Setting up Payroll Giving is quick and simple.

Each payday, your employer will take your chosen donation from your gross salary. The donation is taken after National Insurance is deducted, but before tax.

This means that your donation will cost up to 45% less through the tax break, dependent on your tax bracket. Find out more on the HMRC website.

Please note that Payroll Giving is only available for salaried PAYE employees.

Raising funds and donating in memory of a loved one is a special way to remember them.

There are many ways of celebrating the life of your loved one, from setting up a tribute page that lasts for years to collecting donations at their funeral.

Tribute pages help family and friends to celebrate their life by sharing photos and messages, collecting donations in their memory and remember them at special anniversaries.

Funeral collections

Gifts given at a funeral are a wonderful way to celebrate a life and memory. Donations can be paid in on our website or by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Spark2Life and send them to The Outset Centre, 2A Grange Road, Walthamstow, London, E17 8AH

How do I leave a gift in my Will?

Making a Will allows your loved ones to be cared for after your death. Having this important document ensures that your specific wishes will be carried out exactly as you would like – and can help to alleviate some of the distress of those dear to you at a difficult time.

We recommend that you seek the advice of an independent professional such as a solicitor when writing your Will.

Different ways to support Spark2Life in your Will

There are several kinds of gifts you can leave The two most common are a residuary gift or a pecuniary gift.
  • A share of your estate or ‘residuary’ gift
    After your loved ones have been looked after and your taxes have been settled, you may wish to leave a share or the full remainder (the residue) of your estate to Spark2Life. This way, you will ensure your loved ones are provided for as well as facilitate the important work we do to help children and young people.
  • A cash or ‘pecuniary’ gift
    This is a single, exact cash gift left from your estate.
