Record and review your personal challenges.

Sessions

All students should be able to identify one of the following:

  1. One thing they will do differently for a week
  2. One thing they will try out/do during the week
  3. One thing they heard that they will apply for the week

Students record their personal challenges and review them at the beginning of each session.
