Byron was born and raised in lower Edmonton in the North of London, where postcode gangs were prevalent, and societal issues, such as poverty and crime were commonplace. Despite his surroundings Byron grew up in a faith believing, working class family, which taught him the importance of education and hard work.
His family network would go through several hardships including divorce, suicide and murder, this had a lasting impact on Byron and influenced his chosen career path.
He would go on to study youth work at University and has dedicated his life to helping change the lives of marginalised and misrepresented young people.
