Theory of
Change

Help us provide vital support

Theory of Change models illustrate the relationship between what an organisation does (outputs), the resources it has (inputs), and the difference it expects to make (outcomes).

On their own, theory of change models are useful to show what to expect if services and programmes work. It’s through the evaluation we do over the year that we will be able to confirm these relationships and ultimately the theory of change itself.
